Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK seeks a day shift, full-time General Medical Surgical RN to join our inpatient team. You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, holds an Oklahoma RN license, and completes BLS within 14 days of hire. ACLS and 1 year of RN experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (required).
• Must possess a current Oklahoma License as a Registered Nurse (required).
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to Med-Surg patients using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
