You will develop individualized care plans, perform in-home assessments, and provide quality care, including advanced wound management. The ideal candidate will possess an active RN license, current CPR certification, and 2-3 years of clinical experience. A competitive salary ranging from $50-$60/hour based on experience is offered, along with a supportive work environment and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of clinical experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Experience with IV infusion therapy and complex care cases preferred.
• Wound care expertise including NPWT/Wound VAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Perform in-home assessments and ensure quality care delivery.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide advanced wound care, including Wound VAC management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and support nurses, aides, and caregivers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must Have:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR Certification

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Experience with IV infusion therapy and complex care cases
• Wound care expertise (including NPWT/Wound VAC)
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and urgent situations
