Responsibilities

Under supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN is responsible for a group of residents/patients during a shift, providing assessment, care planning, and supervision of nursing assistants, ensuring adherence to standards and policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Current RN license in the state
• CPR certification
• Ability to operate necessary medical supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements required by law
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills and aptitude for learning company applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; post-acute care experience preferred
