Position Summary

Under supervision, the RN is responsible for a group of residents/patients during a shift, providing assessment, care implementation, and evaluation. The RN ensures safety, manages the environment, supervises care activities, and adheres to all policies, procedures, and state regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to use necessary medical supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all legal health requirements
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn company applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; post-acute care experience preferred
