Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual All Shifts

We are part of North Shore Healthcare, a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and North Dakota.

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN is responsible for providing nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the care plan. The RN manages the environment to ensure resident safety, supervises care activities of nursing assistants, and adheres to all policies and standards including the State Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO standards where applicable.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state
• CPR certification
• Ability to operate necessary medical supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements mandated by law
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills and aptitude to learn new applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; post-acute care experience preferred
