Position Summary:

The RN, under supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, is responsible and accountable for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, ensuring standards of care, maintaining safety, supervising nursing assistants and helpers, and adhering to policies, procedures, and applicable laws and standards.

Requirements:

• Licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to operate necessary supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements by law
• Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, and community members
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Basic computer skills with aptitude for learning company applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; post-acute care experience preferred
