Position Summary:

The RN, under supervision, is responsible for a group of residents/patients per shift, providing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. The RN manages the environment to ensure safety, supervises nursing assistants, and adheres to all policies, procedures, and standards including the State Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO standards where applicable.

Requirements:

• Licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to operate necessary supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements as mandated by law
• Effective communication skills with residents, families, and staff
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Basic computer skills and aptitude for learning company applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; post-acute care experience preferred
