Select Specialty Hospital Tucson (Northwest) in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7p-7a). Pay ranges $40.85-$55.00 per hour depending on experience, plus shift differentials for nights and weekends. Sign-on bonus: $10,000.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License.
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
