Select Medical in Omaha, NE is seeking an RN for full-time night shifts with a daytime option. You will manage admissions/transfers, perform comprehensive patient assessments, document in the EMR, interpret labs/telemetry, and coordinate care with the team.

We offer extensive orientation, a 100% company-paid BSN scholarship, tuition reimbursement, continuing education, and a generous sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for full-time night positions, plus a nightly shift differential.

Qualifications

• RN license required with active state registration.
• BLS required at hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Clinical experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Document accurately in electronic systems.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data.
• Ensure orders are transcribed and processed correctly.
• Respond to rapid response and code events.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Omaha, NE

Schedule: Fulltime / 12-Hour Shifts / Nights

**Day shift also available**Compensation: $38.26 - $51.50 per hour (based on years of experience)

Shift Differential: $3.00-$7.00

Sign-on bonus: Up to $15,000 for Fulltime Nights

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems


• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry


• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately


• Competence in Rapid Response and code events


• Instruct and counsel patients/families


• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License


• BLS is required at hire.


• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire
