Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital Macomb in Mount Clemens, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift (7:00 pm – 7:30 am). A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for experienced RNs with a valid state license.

Pay is up to $52.00 per hour, with competitive night/weekend differentials. We provide extensive orientation, scholarship opportunities, continuing education, clinical ladder programs (PCCN/CCRN), and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License
• BLS required at hire
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients/families
• Performs other duties as assigned
