Select Specialty Hospital Saginaw is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full‑time day shifts at the Critical Illness Recovery Hospital in Saginaw, Michigan (8th floor of Covenant Hospital’s Harrison Campus). Pay is up to $56.53 per hour, with a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends.

The role supports world‑class inpatient post‑ICU care for chronically and critically ill patients.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Perform timely and accurate documentation in the charting system.
• Interpret data including labs and telemetry; transcribe medical orders accurately.
• Be proficient in Rapid Response and code events.
• Educate and counsel patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
