Job summary

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital- Oklahoma City is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for 12 Hour Shifts-Days in Oklahoma City, OK. The role offers a pay rate of $37.16-$52.00 per hour depending on experience, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license is required and active.
• BLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Document accurately using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed correctly.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
