Select Medical's Select Specialty Hospital in Pensacola, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time daytime shifts (7 AM – 7 PM). Compensation ranges from $34.18 to $46.00 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for day shifts.

The role includes strong orientation and a path for career advancement within a large, nationwide system. Minimum qualifications include an active RN license, BLS on hire, and ACLS within 6 months of hire.

• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients/families
• Performs other duties as assigned
