Select Specialty Hospital – Greensboro is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift on the 5th floor of Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC.

The position offers a pay range of $39.38 to $53.00 per hour, dependent on experience, with competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends and a $10,000 sign-on bonus available through July 31st. Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in rapid response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Full-time Day shift - 7:00 am to 7:30 pm

Compensation: $39.38 to $53.00 per hour, based on experience
