Responsibilities

• Perform admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Document timely and accurately using the designated systems.
• Interpret labs and telemetry and respond to results.
• Transcribe and process medical orders correctly.
• Respond to Rapid Response and code events.
• Counsel patients and families about care plans.
