Banner Rehabilitation Hospital – Tucson is hiring an RN for night shift (7p-7a) for a full-time position. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered and compensation ranges from $40.85 to $55.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS is required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers.
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Document accurately using EPIC.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.

Bonus: $10,000

Compensation: $40.85- $55.00 per hour depending on years of experience ( + shift diff)

On each shift, you will partner with a Nursing Assistant and handle a manageable case load. Together, you will help our patients achieve the outlined goals and milestones based on their unique patient care plan.

• Receiving admissions and/or transfers.
