Select Specialty Hospital - Oklahoma City is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our day or night shift team. The unit provides inpatient post-ICU care for chronically ill patients requiring extended healing and recovery. Start with a strong orientation and participate in our clinical ladder and certifications program.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document accurately using appropriate systems.
• Interpret lab results and telemetry data.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed.
• Provide patient/family instruction and counseling.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyCompetence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients/families

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
