Select Medical in Evansville, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role with day and night shifts available. This position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly rate up to $50.25, with competitive shift differentials for weekends and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Admit and transfer patients to the unit and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Timely and accurate documentation in all systems.
• Interpret lab and telemetry data as part of patient monitoring.
• Ensure orders are transcribed and acted upon correctly.
• Respond to rapid response and code events as needed.
• Educate and counsel patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
