Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital – Northwest Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in a long-term acute care setting. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, monitor patient conditions, and respond promptly to changes in treatment needs.

Ideal candidates hold Indiana RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, with ICU/CCU or post-acute experience preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time roles, with tuition reimbursement

• ICU, LTAC, Critical Care, or Post-Acute experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting.
• Communicate with physicians and care teams about changes in patient condition and test results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

AMG Specialty Hospital- Northwest Indiana is offering up to a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus* for Full Time Registered Nurses (RN) for all shifts with ICU, LTAC, or Post-Acute experience and 2 years minimum experience.

The RN provides direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting. Communicate with physicians/CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

• $10,000- Sign-On Bonus or Tuition Reimbursement is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment.
