Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital-Northwest Indiana is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor (RN) for night shifts with ICU, LTAC, or Post-Acute experience and a minimum of 2 years in the field. There is a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and tuition reimbursement per Employment Assistance Agreement.

The role includes supervision, ensuring nursing standards, direct patient care as needed, and collaboration with physicians and leadership to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• ICU, LTAC, Critical Care, or Post-Acute experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as required based on staffing and patient acuity.
• Communicate with physicians/CCO/co-workers about changes in patient condition.
• Represent administration during events and ensure nursing standards and objectives are met.
• Foster a culture of professionalism and accountability while supporting nursing staff.

While on duty is authorized and designated by the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to assume overall responsibility for clinical nursing practice. Provides for continuity in decision making and consistency in nursing practice by assuring that nursing and hospital standards and objectives are met. Acts as a resource and support person for the nursing staff. Represents administration during any event occurring their absence. Embraces and demands a culture of professionalism and accountability. Responsible for fostering a positive milieu. Keeps CCO and CEO apprised of situations that may place facility at risk. Provides direct patient care as required based on staffing and patient acuity. Communicates with physicians/CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

*$10,000-Sign-OnBonus or TuitionReimbursement is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreementwith a 2-year minimum commitment.
