Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Inpatient Rehabilitation, a joint venture with Select Medical, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Avon, OH. This full-time, night-shift role includes a $12,000 sign-on bonus for days and a strong orientation to support your transition into our inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN preferred or enrollment in BSN program.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
