Ridgeview Institute Smyrna in Smyrna, GA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate and evaluate patient care within a psychiatric and medical setting. You will document care, reassess patient conditions, and advocate for patient rights while collaborating with the health team.

Educated in an accredited nursing program with Georgia licensure, you should have some psychiatric care experience. We offer a $6,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive, company-paid benefits for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program; Georgia RN license currently.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred.
• Current Georgia State Board of Nursing licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Assess changes in patient condition and reassess plan of care.
• Provide education to patients and families based on identified needs.
• Advocate for patients and uphold patient rights in psychiatric/medical emergencies.
