Job summary

Valle Vista Health System in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care across units for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. This role includes nights from 7:00p to 7:30a with a shift differential, and opportunities to contribute to treatment plans, documentation, and patient education in a therapeutic behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing required (bachelor's preferred).
• Current Indiana nursing license or eligible to obtain one.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Night shift 7:00p–7:30a with shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Nursing assessment and triage.
• Accurate nursing documentation and charting.
• Monitor and document progress toward treatment goals.
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented and documented.
• Medication administration and medical management.
• Milieu management and effective communication.
• Crisis intervention as needed.
• Staff and patient education and support.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN)

• Associate's degree from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current license to practice nursing inState of Indiana (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Nights – 7:00p to 7:30a (with shift differential)
