Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Colorado or a compact state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other clinical staff to coordinate resident care.
• Monitor and assess resident health status, documenting changes and responding promptly.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and restorative care.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided.
• Lead and mentor LPNs and CNAs, promoting a positive and cohesive care team.
• Uphold safety protocols and ensure a high standard of care is maintained.
