Rio Grande Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in La Jara, CO is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care in our skilled nursing setting. We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay and benefits, and opportunities for leadership development.

As an RN, you will administer medications, coordinate resident care with the interdisciplinary team, mentor LPNs and CNAs, and support residents with dignity and independence in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

Your Role as an RN:
