Qualifications

• Current Colorado LPN license or compact state license.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care promoting residents' health, comfort, and independence.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervising and supporting CNAs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.
• Helping create a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers.

What You'll Do
