- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility standards
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other clinical staff to coordinate resident care
- Monitor and assess resident health status, documenting changes and responding promptly
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and restorative care
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided
- Lead and mentor LPNs and CNAs, promoting a positive and cohesive care team
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure a high standard of care is maintained
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or a compact state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Passion for providing exceptional, person-centered care
- Team-oriented, dependable, and committed to clinical excellence
