Vista Grande Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Cortez, CO is seeking compassionate Dietary Aides to join our dedicated team. You will help nourish residents by preparing and serving meals that meet individual dietary needs and preferences, while maintaining clean and safe dining areas and adhering to care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation and dining areas.
• Follow meal plans and portion guidelines according to resident care plans.
• Deliver food trays and assist residents with meal setup as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, servings, and sanitation logs.
• Uphold safety and infection control standards in all dietary tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of our residents’ nutrition and well‑being.
