- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and other clinical staff to coordinate resident care
- Monitor resident health status and report changes promptly
- Promote restorative care and resident independence
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Support and mentor CNAs, fostering a positive team environment
- Uphold safety and quality standards in all aspects of care
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Colorado or a compact state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Passion for providing person-centered care with professionalism and compassion
