Apollo Home Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in Northern California. The role supports patients in their homes, coordinating with physicians, therapists, and a clinical team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualificações

• Active California RN license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

Apollo Home Healthcare is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team, serving patients in Northern California's Bay Area. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them manage their care and regain independence. You will oversee a supporting Licensed Vocational Nurse and work closely with physicians, therapists, and a supportive clinical team to coordinate care and support patients and their families.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Experience using Kinnser/Wellsky preferred, but not required
