Apollo Home Healthcare in the Bay Area is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Home Health team, providing in-home nursing visits and coordinating with physicians, therapists, and family caregivers.

Responsibilities

Apollo Home Healthcare is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team, serving patients in Northern California's Bay Area. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them manage their care and regain independence. You will oversee a supporting Licensed Vocational Nurse and work closely with physicians, therapists, and a supportive clinical team to coordinate care and support patients and their families.

What You'll Do

• Active California RN license

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patients’ homes
• Comfortable working independently in a home health setting
• Home health experience preferred
• Experience using Kinnser/Wellsky preferred, but not required

• $40-155/hour
