Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Float/Transition Team, delivering high-quality, complex home care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Burlington County. As an RN on the transition team, you’ll manage trach/vent cases, collaborate with families and the care team to promote safe at‑home care, and meet the needs of a diverse caseload.

A valid RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse.
• NICU, PICU, ICU or home care trach/vent experience required.
• Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
• Hold current CPR certification.
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to educate BAYADA care team.
• Availability to commit to an ongoing schedule (1 shift per week acceptable).
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, complex home care to adult and pediatric clients in Burlington County.
• Collaborate with families and the care team to promote safe, effective home-based care.
• Manage trach/vent cases and transition care to home settings.
• Support ongoing BAYADA care team education and team collaboration.

$45–$47/hour

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Float/Transition Team, providing high-quality, complex home care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Burlington County, NJ.

As a member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients successfully transition to care in the home setting. You’ll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care while supporting a variety of complex clinical needs and collaborating with families and the care team to promote safe, effective, and comfortable home-based care.

Qualified candidates must have prior experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care.

Qualifications for Transition Registered Nurses:

• Have a current license as a Registered Nurse
• NICU, PICU, ICU or home care trach/vent experience required

• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County
