Registered Nurse - Float Pool, PRN

Day shift, 7am - 7pm

This role is designed for nurses with more than 12 months of experience. The nurse provides and coordinates independent care to patients within a clinical specialty as an active member of the multidisciplinary patient care team. They utilize the institution's care delivery and professional practice models as references for practicing as a professional nurse. The nurse participates in activities to develop their own practice and supports group practice goals at the unit level. They are accountable to patients, families, and team members for the care provided and to the nurse manager for overall work performance. Additionally, they are expected to adhere to Service Standards and uphold the Nursing Mission, Vision, and Values.
