Live Well Homecare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Special Float Pool across two hospitals, delivering care in ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical Telemetry.

This full-time night role supports multiple inpatient units, emphasizing clinical excellence, adaptability, and teamwork, with schedule flexibility and opportunities for professional growth in a Magnus®-recognized environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of acute care experience.
• RN license and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: BSN, ICU and/or Emergency Department experience, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (PALS for ED), and telemetry interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promote patient and family-centered care and educate on illness management and medication use.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and team members.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers.
