You will work in a fast-paced environment across multiple units, using strong critical thinking and clinical skills to support diverse patient needs while staying calm under pressure. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse license and RN diploma are required.

Float pool nurses are in a unique position to make a difference. Moving from assignment to assignment, they support various units within the hospital. They have high-level critical thinking skills, vast clinical knowledge, and are able to stay calm under pressure.

About this unit:

• Excellent communication and teamwork between all members of the hospital
• Opportunity to learn many different areas of the hospital and see what works well
• Highly engaged staff as well as Leaders. If staff see something that could work better by doing it a different way, they bring it to Leadership to get it changed.
