Research Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, in Kansas City, MO, is seeking an experienced RN to coordinate the Float Pool and provide clinical leadership across units. The role focuses on coordinating patient care and supporting staffing needs in a high-volume environment.

Required qualifications include an active RN license, ACLS and BLS within 30 days of start, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. Degrees such as RN Diploma, AD, or BS are accepted.
