Job summary

Trinity Health St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor is seeking an ICU/PCU Float RN to provide patient-centered care across ICU and PCU. This role offers float pool flexibility, orientation on equipment and procedures, and a focus on high-quality care at our Ann Arbor hospital.

We hire for full-time or part-time roles (48 or 72 hours per pay period) with a minimum weekend commitment; shifts include Day or Night. The nursing team benefits from a supportive culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• One year of recent nursing experience working in a hospital with similar patient populations
• BSN degree or agree to obtain BSN within five years
• Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply

Pay: $45.77-51.53 per hour based upon licensed nursing experience + applicable shift premiums (when working afternoons, overnights and weekends)

Position Purpose

**We are currently hiring ICU Float RN's, ICU experience required**

The Registered Nurse Provides quality patient centered care considering age specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs through competent clinical practice and application of the nursing process. They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serves as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit.

The Nursing Resource Pooloffers you increased flexibility in your scheduling, while allowing you to float only at our Ann Arbor hospital. We support our employees with a focused orientation and training about our equipment, processes, and procedures. This makes our float pools a reliable resource for our units, which means more manageable patient ratios.
