Trinity Health St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor is seeking an ICU/PCU Float RN to provide patient-centered care across ICU and PCU. This role offers float pool flexibility, orientation on equipment and procedures, and a focus on high-quality care at our Ann Arbor hospital.

We hire for full-time or part-time roles (48 or 72 hours per pay period) with a minimum weekend commitment; shifts include Day or Night. The nursing team benefits from a supportive culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• One year of recent nursing experience working in a hospital with similar patient populations
• BSN degree or agree to obtain BSN within five years
• Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• The RN provides quality patient centered care considering age specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs.
• Float Pool offers flexibility and float only at the Ann Arbor hospital.
• Shifts available: Day or Night shift.
• Status: Full time or part time (benefit eligible) - 48 or 72 hours per pay period (Every two weeks).
• Minimum requirement: working 32 hours on the weekend within a 4 week schedule
