Job summary

Trinity Health St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor is seeking an ICU Float RN with ICU experience to provide high-quality patient-centered care. Nurses will float to PCU as needed within the Ann Arbor campus and participate in orientation to equipment, processes, and procedures.

The Nursing Resource Pool offers scheduling flexibility and support, with emphasis on teamwork and maintaining appropriate patient ratios. Employment will be full-time or part-time with benefits eligibility, at the Ann Arbor

Qualifications

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• One year of recent nursing experience in a hospital with similar patient populations.
• BSN degree or obligation to obtain within five years.
• Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient-centered nursing care considering age-specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs.
• Float to PCU as needed within Trinity Health Ann Arbor facility.
• Support flexibility in scheduling via Nursing Resource Pool and maintain safe patient ratios.
