Job summary

Atrium Health Pineville is seeking an RN to join our Float Pool supporting Medical ICU and Cardiovascular ICU. Qualified candidates will have completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the practicing state, BLS certification, and at least 2 years ICU experience; CVICU experience is preferred. BSN is preferred.

This on-site role emphasizes compassionate care and collaboration within our interprofessional team. Salary and benefits are competitive.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years ICU experience; CVICU experience preferred.

Where You Will Work:

Expectations We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years ICU experience required; CVICU experience preferred.

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
