Atrium Health Pineville is seeking an experienced RN for the Float Pool, covering Medical ICU and Cardiovascular ICU. The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification.

At least two years of ICU experience is required, CVICU experience preferred, with BSN as preferred education. The position involves providing and coordinating care through the nursing process, ensuring safety and optimal patient experience across the continuum

Formación

Where You Will Work:

This RN Float Pool supports both Medical ICU and Cardiovascular ICU

Expectations We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years ICU experience required; CVICU experience preferred.

Preferred Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN)

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
