Job summary

Lifepoint Health's UP Health System - Marquette is seeking a Float Pool RN to join our dedicated team. You will provide care across Med/Surg, Neuro/Ortho/Peds, Rehab, and Cardiac units.

This Full-Time role offers a 0.9 FTE schedule of six 12-hour day shifts (7a–7p) with rotating weekends and holidays, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts across multiple units.
• Strong patient-care and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN coverage across Med/Surg, Neuro/Ortho/Peds, Rehab and Cardiac units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
