UP Health System - Marquette is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Float Pool. This full-time role (0.9 FTE, 72 hours per period) supports Med/Surg, Neuro/Ortho/Peds, Rehab and Cardiac units, with six 12-hour day shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.
You will provide plan-of-care, administer meds, document care, assist with ADLs, and float across departments to support staff. Michigan RN license and associate degree required; BLS-HCP; ACLS/PALS preferred; 1–2 years bedside RN; opportunity

The Staffing Pool provides RN coverage across Med/Surg, Neuro/Ortho/Peds, Rehab, and Cardiac units. Staffing Pool RNs are highly adaptable nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and confidently support multiple clinical areas. This role offers a rewarding experience with diverse patient populations and opportunities to strengthen critical thinking and clinical skills.
