Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting resident conditions and care plans.
• Collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Ensuring compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies.
• Responding to changes in resident conditions and providing clinical leadership during your shift.
