Job summary

Campbell Street is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee residents' health, develop personalized care plans, and deliver expert nursing care in a compassionate, collaborative facility. This role emphasizes transparency and teamwork to enhance resident well-being.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred; RN licensure in IA.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or obtained on hire).

• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status and implement individual care plans.
• Monitor health conditions and communicate findings to physicians and care team.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; wound care and IV therapy as needed.
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs; provide training and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure infection control standards.
