Avenues Recovery Center in Virginia is seeking an RN for our Detox and Residential treatment facility in North Chesterfield. This 8-hour day shift runs 7am-3pm or 1pm-9pm, supporting seamless transitions into treatment and coordinating care.

You will handle intake, nursing duties, pharmacy coordination, and documentation, collaborating with medical and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care for our clients. Join a nationwide network committed to recovery and accreditation.

Qualifications

• One year diploma program post-high school.
• Current licensure to practice in-state, or multi-state privileges.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical intake and ensure a seamless transition into treatment.
• Perform nursing duties: vitals, drug screens, scheduling and labs.
• Coordinate pharmacy, dispense meds, and maintain med logs.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams for coordination of care.
• Ensure accurate medical documentation for each client.

Now Hiring an RN for our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility, in North Chesterfield, VA!

This is an 8 hour day shift position: 7am-3pm or 1pm-9pm.

What You'll Do

• Manage complete medical intake process to ensure a seamless transition into treatment
• Complete all nursing shift duties (vitals, drug screens, scheduling appointments and lab work etc.)
• Coordinate pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep accurate med logs
• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams for total coordination of care
• Ensure complete, timely and accurate medical documentation for each client

What We're Looking For

• Minimum one year diploma program post-high school
• Current licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented, withy ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Compassionate and dignified character which models recovery principles
