Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks an experienced RN First Assist to provide advanced perioperative care in the operating room, partnering with surgeons during procedures to help ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

You will perform preoperative assessments, develop individualized care plans, monitor patient responses, administer medications, and evaluate progress to support safety and effectiveness while contributing to team learning and patient education.

Qualifications

• Requires an RN license and 2–5 years of perioperative nursing experience.
• CNOR and Certified RN First Assistant certifications are required or strongly preferred.
• BSN degree is preferred. Strong collaboration, assessment, and clinical skills are essential.
