Qualifications

Deliver intraoperative patient care, perform pre-operative assessments, develop and manage individualized care plans, monitor patient responses, administer medications, and evaluate care quality. Collaborate with the surgical team and support patient and family education, advocating for perioperative safety and practicing ethically.

Qualifications & Skills:

Requires an RN license, 2-5 years of nursing experience, and CNOR certification. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and Certified First Assistant credentials. Strong teamwork, clinical judgment, and communication skills are essential.
