Under the director of the Charge Nurse, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team to ensure smooth patient flow and timely discharges.

The role requires ADN and Florida RN licensure, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification, with BSN preferred.

• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team for timely discharges.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning.
