Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care per policies and best practices.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies accurately and safely.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and revise care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians, case management, and interprofessional team.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Promote patient safety through infection control, monitoring, and emergencies.
• Mentor and precept new nursing staff and students.
